Wow, you think in your sleep - too bad you can't switch to thinking while you are awake!! Maybe you all should lay off the espresso or try the large clown hammer...
Hi Sarah, Tea and Books and Seb seem to have their insomniac moments too. And the chatty Cathy thing where you can't shut the little voice off - yeah baby, been there. it usually happens to me when I am mega stressed at work and have too much to do. Other times I am OK. Anyway, it majorly sucks. If I think of anything useful to assist, I'll let you know.
Phos--Always so compassionate and understanding, why I can just see adorable forest creatures gathering in the wake of your ceaseless kindness.
Rabbit—-I had that same problem with sheep. They’d always wander off.
Mummified--It's good to know I'm not staring out into the darkness alone. I'm hoping that someday, my sleep debt will be so big that I'll just pass out for a month.
Sarah, how terrible for you! I know people joke about insomnia but it definitely is a huge problem and agonising for those who have it.
I have a friend who's not had more than 2-3 uninterrupted hours of sleep for over 20 years. Like Mummified, my bouts of insomnia definitely arise from work-related stress, but for the most part, I don't have problems sleeping.
I wish I had an answer for you and others, but all I can do is offer you encouragement and a quick and effective solution will be found soon.
